Georgia & Callum’s Wedding at St Joseph’s Church & St Pierre Park, Guernsey
Georgia and Callum’s wedding was booked through the bride’s mum, so I hadn’t had much contact with the couple beforehand. That made it even nicer to meet them on the day and see how much thought had gone into recreating some of the key themes from her parents’ wedding — from the ceremony at St Joseph and St Mary’s Church to the reception at St Pierre Park.

The day started with a few light showers (as a motorbike rider, I can confirm they were more than “light” if you’re travelling between venues without a roof). Luckily the skies cleared quickly, and the rest of the day turned into beautiful sunshine.

The ceremony at St Joseph’s was lovely and ended with an epic confetti moment on the church steps. From there, everyone headed straight to St Pierre Park, for drinks at the Pavilion where Bronwyn and her team had styled the space perfectly. The room looked immaculate, with flowers by Simply Bespoke bringing everything together.

Georgia wore a stunning White Closet Dress, and while she and Callum weren’t the biggest fans of being in front of a camera, we kept things simple with a few relaxed walks around the hotel gardens. Those little moments turned into some brilliant shots that felt natural and true to them.

The reception flowed perfectly: drinks, group shots, speeches in the Fontaine Room, and food served by the team at St Pierre Park. Later on, we made the most of the light with a sunset couple shoot in the gardens and around the tennis court. By the time evening guests arrived, the atmosphere was buzzing, with music from Last of the Light Brigade and Kieran Higgs keeping the dancefloor moving well into the night.

For me, it was a day that balanced tradition with a relaxed, modern feel. It was also really special to see the nods back to Georgia’s parents’ wedding woven into the details of their own.
