Please plan a nice shaded location with plenty of space. Please also arrange for a friend or relative that knows both families well to be in charge of organising each group of people so that it all runs smoothly.

SPEECHES START TIME:

If you've booked video services, the speeches will be supplied separately from the main video. I don’t charge extra for this service and it is not my main focus to capture for the day. With this in mind, please don’t expect extremely high production levels with multiple angles etc.

FOOD SERVED TIME:

Please ensure the caterers know to set aside a plate for the photographer(s).

For the couple's shoot, I usually suggest that this takes place in the evening about an hour before sunset during "golden hour" to get the best most dramatic light possible they could look similar to this (example) If the timings don't work out for you we can find a picturesque shaded location and do couples photos at any point during the day they would look more similar to this (example). Often couples want both and I'm more than happy to do so.

Your Instagram usernames

I try and get an instagram reel or a post together to share ASAP after the big day, if you leave your usernames here i can add you to the post as a "collaborator" so it'll come up in your feed for all your friends and family to see.

Wedding Suppliers

While you both are the stars of the show, I love being able to give credit to the amazing suppliers who contribute to making your day special. Please share the details of anyone you've chosen to work with—from catering and the celebrant to dress alterations and tent hire. The more names you can provide, the better! I’d love to tag them in social media posts so they can see their hard work come to life.

Guests

I do my best to take photographs of a wide range of people but I cannot guarantee an image of every guest at your event. If you need photographs of specific guests, please let me know and point them out on the day and I will do my best to accommodate your request. Thank you for your understanding.
