2. SCOPE OF AGREEMENT

This Agreement covers all photographic and video sessions undertaken by the Model and Photographer on or around the date of this agreement, regardless of shoot type or client, including but not limited to commercial, advertising, editorial, fashion, stock imagery, portfolio, promotional, and personal art projects.

3. GRANT OF RIGHTS

The Model grants to the Photographer, Photographer’s clients, agents, and affiliates, a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, edit, modify, sublicense, and publicly display all images and videos produced under this Agreement, in any format, medium, and territory, for any commercial or non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, promotion, social media, editorial content, internal usage, stock photo licensing, and portfolio display. The Model acknowledges no further permissions or approvals will be required.

4. MODEL’S PERSONAL USE RIGHTS

The Model retains the right to use the resulting images and videos exclusively for self-promotional, non-commercial purposes, such as personal websites, social media profiles, and personal portfolios. The Model must provide clear and appropriate credit to the Photographer when sharing these images . ____________________________________________________________________________

The Model expressly agrees:

Not to commercially sell, license, or otherwise grant usage of the images to third parties. Not to publish or share images publicly until the related commercial campaign or project has been publicly released by the Photographer or the relevant client.

5. PAYMENT

Compensation terms for each specific shoot will be agreed separately. This Agreement and the rights granted herein shall remain fully effective regardless of the specific compensation terms agreed upon, whether monetary payment, exchange of services, time-for-print (TFP), or otherwise.

6. NON-EXCLUSIVITY

The rights granted to the Photographer and affiliates are non-exclusive unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing. The Photographer retains the right to relicense, redistribute, or sell images to other third parties unless exclusive rights are explicitly negotiated separately.

7. TERRITORIAL USE

The Model acknowledges and agrees that the rights granted by this Agreement apply worldwide and are not restricted by geographic location or territory.

8. MORAL RIGHTS AND IMAGE ALTERATION

The Model waives all moral rights and any right to inspect or approve the final images or their usage. The Photographer and authorized third parties may edit, alter, crop, retouch, color-grade, or otherwise modify images and videos at their discretion. Composite usage, fictionalization, or alteration of images shall also be permitted.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY AND EMBARGO

The Model agrees to keep confidential and refrain from publicly disclosing or sharing any images, videos, or information related to the shoot until such materials have been publicly released or explicitly approved for release in writing by the Photographer or the relevant client.

10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

The Model releases and discharges the Photographer, their clients, agents, successors, and assigns from any claims, liabilities, or actions arising from the usage of the images and videos as permitted by this Agreement.

11. REPRESENTATION AND AGE VERIFICATION

The Model represents that they are at least 18 years old and fully competent to sign this Agreement. If the Model is under 18, this Agreement must also be signed by a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to all terms herein.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Guernsey and the UK.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, or agreements. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
