Showcasing Guernsey Woollens’ Summer Range with supplyroute at Wild Guernsey

This summer, I partnered with Supplyroute again to highlight Guernsey Woollens' latest summer collection. The setting for our photoshoot was the captivating Wild Guernsey, a glamping site that beautifully merges natural charm with modern amenities.

Wild Guernsey, located on the picturesque island of Guernsey, offers more than just camping. It's a retreat where you can experience the tranquility of nature while enjoying comfortable, fully equipped yurts and huts. The site, bustling with playful goats and curious ducks, provided an idyllic and vibrant backdrop for our shoot.

Guernsey Woollens’ summer collection draws inspiration from the iconic Guernsey jumpers. Known for their rich colors and distinctive patterns, these garments are traditionally worn by fishermen. The summer range maintains these signature elements, including the famous anchor motif, which is exclusively available in the Korean market through Supplyroute. Unfortunately, these stylish pieces aren't available for purchase on the island of Guernsey, making them a unique and sought-after addition to any wardrobe.

Our model, Charlie, showcased the collection. We aimed to highlight the comfort and vibrant designs of the garments. Each shot we tried to capture the easy-going and warm essence of summer, to align with the collection’s theme.

Including the goats and ducks in the shoot added a playful and heartwarming touch. The animals at Wild Guernsey enjoyed the limelight, contributing to the cheerful atmosphere of the session. Whether Charlie was tuning a banjo by an old tractor tire or feeding the ducks, there was plenty of great background to work with.
