A wedding day always comes with its unique story, moments of quiet intimacy, bursts of laughter, and timeless memories. I was really excited when Chloe reached out to me with the anticipation of capturing her and Monica’s big day at The Fleur Du Jardin.

On the 15th of July 2023, in the gardens of The Fleur Du Jardin was awash with preparations. The day began capturing Chloe, deep in those special wedding morning moments surrounded by her bridesmaids and family having their hair and makeup done by Hannah Bridle. The flowers from Tussie Mussie arrived with some thoughtful heartfelt keepsakes added.

As midday approached, Monica stepped into the limelight. Joined by her bridesmen—who were polishing a cheeky ‘flower boy’ routine—she added the final touches to her look. A fun first glance in the gardens between Monica, Chloe, and their adoring energetic puppy was a moment to treasure.

Guests were all gathered to witness the union of Monica and Chloe, their love story narrated through a really heartfelt ceremony conducted by Annette Henry. This was followed by a lively cocktail hour with a big petals/confetti arrival, and a few fun family photos with live music from Rachel Dawson

Emotions ran high during the speeches and dinner, notably when Monica serenaded Chloe with a song penned just for her.

As the sun dipped lower, we snuck away with the newlyweds for a couple's shoot at Kings Mills viewpoint. The landscape provided an amazing backdrop.

Returning to Fleur Du Jardin, they proceeded with the cake-cutting, which featured a guest appearance from Spider man followed by the first dance.

Throughout the evening, I had my ears perked up for specific songs that Chloe and Monica had earmarked as "Photo Dash Moments" for people to come and have their photos taken with the couple.

They finished the evening with a game of beer pong, bridesmaids versus bridesmen, and plenty of dancing too!

Working with Monica and Chloe was a heartwarming experience and it was really great to see all the amazing love and support they had from their friends and family. Here's to a lifetime of love and endless dances, Monica & Chloe! 🥂
